All regular price items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from purchase date. Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. This policy also applies to damage claims. We ask that all items are reviewed as soon as your order shipment arrives and we are contacted promptly for any order issues or product damages.

The price on this item has been deeply-discounted and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.


DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

We check each piece before it leaves our shipping department. However, we stand behind our product and most certainly want happy customers. In the event that your product is defective or damaged, please contact us at (203) 359-9714 or cs@jayesstudio.com and include your order number and photos of product damage in an email, if applicable.

We will either issue you a return label for the product or ask you to ship it back to us at your expense. We will promptly replace the product at our expense and do our best to minimize your inconvenience.


SHIPPING POLICY

During the busy Holiday season it may take 1-3 business days to process an order. If you require Expedited Shipping, please select FedEx Express Service options. USPS Priority Mail is regular ground service with transit times of 2-5 days depending on your area of service. Your order may arrive in multiple packages as the Lounge and Tole ship separately. You may receive separate tracking numbers for your order.
