Changed your mind?
You can return or exchange regular-priced items within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure they’re unused and in their original condition and packaging, so they’re ready to find their next happy home.

Arrived damaged?
Handcrafted pieces travel a long way to reach you, and occasionally the journey gets bumpy. Please unbox and check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything’s damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Damage claims are accepted up to 30 days from your purchase date.

About your refund
Once your return lands back with us and we’ve given it a quick look, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable. [Return shipping is on you, unless your item arrived damaged. Then it’s on us.]
